Return a product for any reason
You have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

Packages must be Sign for on Delivery
If nobody is at the address at the time of delivery, a note is left in the mailbox. Anotherattempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will bemade. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us.
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient foryou. This should just be included as a Shipping Address on checkout. Please note that itis not possible to make a delivery to a PO Box.
If the returned product is tampered with, has some missing accessories/parts, or the factory marks/stickers are removed, the return will be not accepted.
